In todays note on the In-Flight Motivator I would like share a tip I did in our online magazine "Non-Stop Service To Success!" which you can check out if you would like at http://www.nonstopservicetosuccess.com opened up with a quote from Winston Churchill with states
"There is only one answer to defeat, and that is victory."
Sir Winston Churchill, House of Commons, June 10, 1941
Sir Winston Churchill, House of Commons, June 10, 1941
With any endeavor, one must realize that on the road to success, you will be confronted with, resistant or out right discouraging people, incredible challenges, setbacks, obstacles, obstructions, disappointments, and discouraging moments that often cause many to think it's impossible or not in the cards for them! But never fear or quit, because success will come!
And that's the title for the tip -
NEVER EVER QUIT!
As prime minister during the dark days of World War II, Winston Churchill delivered some of the world's most memorable speeches. In a book entitled, Never Give In: The Challenging Words of Winston C. Churchill, captured for all to read, are some of the most memorable speeches in the history of Winston Churchill's life.
The selections in the book display Winston Churchill's unshakable confidence in the Allied cause, and his fierce will to win. He also serves as an outstanding role model and leader to follow for all those who wish to achieve success. Despite the lack of evidence, that the United States would enter the war, Winston Churchill remained steadfast towards victory.
In another speech delivered to the House of Commons on May 13, 1940. Winston Churchill said,
“I would say to the house as I said to those who have joined this Government: ‘I have nothing to offer, but blood, toil, tears and sweat.’ We have before us, and ordeal of the most grievous kind. We have set before us many, many long months of struggle and suffering. You ask: ‘What is our policy?’ I will say: ‘It is to wage war by Sea, land and air with all our might, and with all the strength that God can give us; to wage war against a monstrous tyranny, never surpassed in the dark lamentable catalogue of human crime.’ That is our policy. You ask: ‘What is our aim?’ I can answer in one word: ‘Victory!" Victory at all costs, Victory in spite of all terror, victory however long and hard the road may be; for without victory there is no survival."
For our purposes, I would paraphrase Churchill's speech as follows:
I would say to the individual who have joined this cause of financial freedom: “I have nothing to offer, but blood, toil, tears sweat and knowledge”. We have before us an ordeal of the most intense kind. We have set before us many, many long months of struggle, work and yes even suffering. I ask you: “What is our objective: “I will say it is to wage war on financial lack, debt, & ignorance with all of our might, and with all of our strength that God can give us, to wage war against the monstrous enemy of financial shackles never before seen in the history of the human drama as a result of the misunderstanding of success principles”. That is our objective. You ask: “What is our goal, I can answer in one word Victory, Victory at all costs, victory in despite of all personal and professional circumstances of financial lack and debt, or personal conditioning, Victory however long and hard the road may be, for without victory there is no survival, without victory there is no financial liberty, and without financial and personal Victory, there is no freedom. So how will we endeavor to keep on fighting? We’ll do so by continuing to learn and develop our skill sets, to continue dreaming, by staying focused and remaining determined by getting around the right people."

Your part is to continue the learning.
Secondly, is your ability to implement bonus tip number 2.a:
THE MINIMUM EFFORT STRATEGY!
Here's how it works.
Determine the minimum amount of effort you must do daily in every area of your life no matter what happens.
A clear example can be seen on September the 11th. 2001.
This day had been reported all round the world as one of the most tragic circumstances in the 20th century for the United States of America. Allow me to emphasize however, that it was one of the most character building events thus far during our 21st-century rein for all those passionate about freedom and entrepreneurship. Many ceased working altogether during that time, and did absolutely nothing.
For those it was a costly mistake.
But for those who persevered and continued to aggressively pursue their vision, they are now ahead of the game. They flourished despite the setbacks.
Now you may be saying, "hey that's a bit overboard don;t you think?"
I will tell you no. Here is why. What if those firemen choose to quit working that day, or the police or any other life support service?
Besides work long ago was an expression of our serive to our creator, not the "means to an end" it is today.
On a more personal note, when I was a promoter for Jim Rohn, we had just landed slightly shy of a week after hurricane Andrew, which devastated Florida back in 1992-1993.
We could have been discouraged and done nothing, but our predetermined minimum effort of five new contacts daily “no matter what” persevered.
We were driving around debris, sailboats and even through national security guards just to reach clients offices.
If I had not done my daily minimum, I would not of met the man who was huddled in a bathroom with his lighter.
He later explained to me that the only thing he could see was the eyes of his family, which was cast a glow from the light of the lighter, he happened to have in his pocket. He said to me that what we shared that day, really turned things around for him and his family, as well as, gave him the mental edge to get back into the game.
So it's important that you establish minimum levels of activity, every day for everything in your life no matter what happens. So if the car tire goes flat, if you come down with a cold, if your best friend drops by unexpected, or anything else for that matter just make sure you do your minimum.
If you mind is rejecting or fighting that idea, you may need to look deeper into your mental attitudes to see if there is any others in there that are polluting your mental waters.

For me, the minimum is one encouragement daily to my kids. Saying thank you, and I love you at least once daily for the little things, my wife does. Saving 30% of my income monthly for myself, my business, my charitable organizations. And finally to do at least my creative seven (which I'll explain later)
So again, tip number two in our online magazine at http://www.nonstopservicetosuccess is paraphrase so well by Winston Churchill at speech he gave at the Harrow School,
“Never give in! Never give in! Never, Never, Never, Never
-- in nothing great or small, large or paid he -- never
give in except the convictions
of honor and good sense.”
-- in nothing great or small, large or paid he -- never
give in except the convictions
of honor and good sense.”
At this point I would like to recommend two very valuable resources.
This will be your homework until the next tip arrives.
Are you ready?
Here it is!
Acquire and read two books.
The first is the book by Winston Churchill we have been quoting from called “Never Give In: The Challenging Words of Winston C. Churchill with an introductory essay by Dwight D. Eisenhower”.
The second is called "The Dream Giver." by Bruce Wilkinson. Each book articulately expresses the strategies, one must incorporate mentally and emotionally in order to meet with swift and overcoming success, as well as giving insight to where many of the your challenges will come from!
Allow me to close by reading a final exert from Winston Churchill's book, "Never Give In." where he shares some personal reflections:
"I am surprised that in my later life. I should have become so experienced in taking [honorary] degrees when as a school boy, I was so bad at passing examinations. In fact, one might almost say that no one ever passed so few examinations and receive so many degrees. From this a superficial thinker might argue that the way to get the most degrees is to fail in the most examinations.... No boy or girl should ever be disheartened by lack of success in their youth, but should diligently and faithfully continue to persevere and make up for lost time. Miami, Florida, February 26, 1946
